This is an introductory level course for staff with a limited knowledge of autism and neurodiversity.
This bitesize session provides staff with an opportunity to come and learn more about Autism and Neurodiversity. The session will be interactive and provides attendees with the opportunity to consider how different scenarios may be experienced by an Autistic person. It then creates an opportunity to consider your own work environments and your practice in order to identify any reasonable adjustments that can be made.
